So I've set up cgminer to mine feathercoins at first pool and litecoins on second pool.

First pool uses LP, second stratum.

Even when cgminer is mining in Pool 1, it accepts a "new block" via stratum from pool #2 and then switches to that new block from pool 2 but submits it shares to pool 1..

You did not make it even to the 3rd line of the README.

Developer/maintainer for cgminer, ckpool/ckproxy, and the -ck kernel

I did.. but I did not realize at first...

This thread is just a warning for others who probably make/made the same mistake and therefore submitting trash from other chains to their pools...
