I doubt this transaction will confirm because one of its input transaction has 0 fees which need to be confirmed first and viabtc can't help in this case because they don't accept transaction below 0.0001BTC/KB fees.
Only option is contact any pool owner and ask him to include these transaction in their next block or you can try spending output with very high fees so miners will need to confirm first transaction in order to claim high fees from your transaction.

Problem on those transaction are you money spended from fund unclear (not yet block).

Yes it works,its called child pays for parent but it works only if average transactions fees is is equal or above current best fees for faster confirmation.

Yes I had a user do it for me over team viewer when I first started with bitcoin for a 0.6 transaction.

Lesson learnt. Its wiser to send appropriate fees so that the transaction confirms smoothly on time or be prepared to pay more for accelerating the same or get stuck in limbo. Good luck for the op.
