How exactly does including the txn in your mempool help? I've had a stuck transaction that's been in miner mempools for a while, just not high enough priority to actually get included in a block.

A transaction that has too low of a fee to make it into node mempools will definitely have too low of a fee to be mined in a block, making me doubt whether this service actually works.

Nice idea, but unfortunately I don't believe that will work. They've literally just mined a block and "submissions are beyond limit". I submitted about 30s after the block was mined.

I am fairly sure they just reset their 100 slot limit every hour, not when they mine a block... and just add the TXes into a queue. So, the longer they go without mining a block, the longer the queue gets, but guaranteed to not grow faster than 100 per hour.
