Giving up on CNC, more trouble than it's worth.

Damn those ddosers Cry

Edit: will stop with cnc & go back to FTC on fc.dontmine.me. To much problem for me with the CNC stuff going on.

Happy mining errbody!

I dunno about not being worth the trouble. Even before the btce pump to .00145, when it was still at .0009, it was still about 60 percent more profitable to mine than ltc.

Finally an attack that can be filtered by my first level protection! They quoted me about $2k/month to block the attacks the pool was getting.

The two proxies through lb.izserv.com were not performing well at all, I recommend removing them from failover at this time. I'm working on some other options.

What address are you using?

I've added a new forwarder:
stratum+tcp://minecnc2.dontmine.me:33334
http://minecnc2.dontmine.me:38339

Yeah you have to use a CNC wallet. You can just go to btc-e and use the CNC address there if you want to get your coins to trade, or if you trust btc-e you can hold them there.

You have to download the full client, there aren't any wallets currently. http://chncoin.org/

I pointed a few back this way earlier - I look and see a whole lot of unpaid shares, and nothing credited.  Been maybe 5 hours?

Does the site need a manual payout script run?

Payout is after 120 confirms, in the last 5 hours none of the blocks you earned shares on have been confirmed. The blocking rate for CNC is currently one block every 3 minutes or so, so 120 confirms takes 6 hours  Sad

I mined for 15 hours with 4000kH/s on your pool and only got 50 CNC. Should be more like 100 CNC.

I haven't even been credited for blocks that I found myself and that are confirmed, like this one here:

Code:
55,611	Confirmed!	Frizz23	2013-05-07 05:59:21 AM	24,232

The "Payout / Transaction Log" shows nothing between 2013-05-07 18:58:48 and 2013-05-08 06:25:03. I mean at least the above block (55,611) should be there, right?

Code:
...
1393991 2013-05-08 06:25:03 Don_Fee 55967 -0.00948407
1393991 2013-05-08 06:25:03 Credit 55967 0.93892293
1387408 2013-05-07 18:58:48 Credit 55387 0.01284200
1387760 2013-05-07 18:58:48 Credit 54711 0.01175300
...

Please advise.
