Both actually, happy because bitcoins price is pumping so if you have to convert your btc's it'd be a very good amount. Scared because I'm trading and most of my altcoins are heavily dumping, it is scaring the hell out of me.

did you take some profit before this fall? this might be temporary blip, but the alt pump is an order of magnitude emptier than the bitcoin pump. bitcoin's pumping while it's heaving at the seams. hardly any of the alts are being used for anything. could be a great time to buy or the last hurrah for a while.

Happy, on experiencing the price increase. I have the feeling that bitcoin could have never made any users experience a loss, because in one or the other way they might have profited. Only thing supposed to be done is hold with patience and satisfaction. Everytime after major fall the price retains back. Even if it fall I won't be scared because I believe the price will once again grow.

The only scare few people have that the price might dump hard after being pumped too high. To them i will say, be calm and stay cool. Altcoins are on red marks right now. I felt really bad because some of my altcoins were dumped really hard because of bitcoin price surge. Maybe it will go up once the bitcoin hype is neutralized. Bitcoin holders must be very happy right now. For only one month. Bitcoin gains very huge on price. We can't say when bitcoin will stop on pumping. So buy altcoin on small amount only.

There is nothing to scare about. However very cautious time to buyers. HODLERS facing dilemma whether to dump some and enjoy profit.
For altcoin holder, this is really bad time to remain calm. Bitcoin has hit some very badly. At same time, because of btc, many altcoins are at ATH of their so far run.  Feel sorry for ripple owner as they suffered both bitcoin effect and recent news of maybe 9 billion xrp dump. this has crashed ripple very badly.

For bitcoiner, it is always purchase and HODL for long.

There is nothing to be afraid of, this is just a start as Bitcoin's train is still in station just more people are boarding it.
Traders, day and night traders usually care about prices and fluctuation, but long term investors care about potentials.

Obviously there are some new investors and new traders joining every day, in most exchanges all I see are buy orders and if you check you'll see more buy walls then sell walls.

I'm a little bit happy on sudden hike price of bitcoin because it is the time to convery your bitcoin on cash and yet you could gain a high profit if you hold it. However, I'm felt sad because since the price of bitcoin is increasing at the same time some altcoins are now dump.

but on the other hand i can't help but be a little scared of the fast rise, despite all the things that i said.

suffice it to say that i am not planning on selling any coins under 10K

I have wondered too. But lets see the fact

1. BTC is rising badly againt $.
2. BTC against other alt-coins and tokens is doing normal uptrend. Charts show this to be the case at least for many coins with good reputation.
3. The world politic is changing.

These and some small details show: BTC is not rallying up, but rather $ is rallying down badly. It is my guess and I do smell something that very big playes, financial institutions, ... are getting ready for something hugely disastrous.

(So basically, people buy BTC and do not take profit. They go and find alt-coin to buy and trade normally there. Thats why BTC/USD is not correcting, time to time there comes a dump and again pump..)

The alts are more vulnerable to an almighty crash than bitcoin. (Apart from ether which seems to be developing real world uses).

I don't know what I feels when bitcoin is rising up. I don;t know if I am happy or sacred. I am little confuse to what I feel. I don't know it is just I don't have a big bitcoin to exchange it in fiat.

For a few days the bitcoin price has dropped dramatically now. I do not know the price of bitcoin has a deep correction, but now it's getting better and back up. I would be pretty optimistic bitcoin prices could get back to 2800USD over the next few weeks. There are still plenty of opportunities and also positive cities that can make changes to bitcoin.

If you act wisely means, it's Happy. If you sell your bitcoin for personal reasons, it's like scared about price. Why because, at any situation you need money means you are forced to sell your bitcoin at low/that day price.Try to sell your bitcoin ,when it has good rate.

I am very happy with the rising bitcoin price but I am scared after hearing the news about the implementation of SegWit2x that will split the split which I think this is a chaotic situation.
