it would be nice if in my country there is a hotel that provides payment using bitcoin because this obviously will simplify and multiple payment options for the traveler, let alone a traveler is a bitcoin user.

Just use Bitcoin debit cards LOL. and one more, by using these, you're not going to struggle to wait for a confirmation to arrive which is really annoying.
Just the fee is higher than any your local debit or credit card providers if you live in 3rd world countries. But still, affordable compared to our bitcoin.

Well,isn't it a great news for anyone? You lost your money,but you do have bitcoin so yea,you can stay in a nice cosy hotel and have food and drinks if you are hungry and you dont even have to worry about you not having fiat with you. This is not so. My friend owns a small hotel. He accepts bitcoin, but for more than a year he had no one offer. People don't want to part with their bitcoins. And people who have on account of sufficient number of bitcoins to pay for their everyday needs very little.

I still think that paying with bitcoins is waste of them. I'm part of "hodl cult". Altough this year many shops in my country started accepting bitcoins. Usually, there are small businesses like grocery or electronics shops.

why can you say as a waste?

Don't know about the large chains but a lot of restaurants and some hotel here accepts bitcoins. They  have bitcoin accepted here signboard placed though I've never payed using the coins.
