user "Rampion".

There's plenty of proof that Gyrsur is the scammer - just check the post where he obviously advertised the scam, while using the same grammar as the scammer did.

Hopefully he will get his tag soon enough.

EDIT: glad to see the refund came through. Obviously, the scammer is butthurt, which explains is hysteric activity in this thread.
he did enter the discussion from nowhere in the original thread after the buyer comes up with the slander. it could be that he is the scammer to target a victim.

No worries cycloid, just ignore this pitiful scammer

it could be he is the scammer because he entered the discusssion in the original thread from nowwhere. to target a victim for his scam.

Quote

Hope you get back that money, you put a lot of trust in Bitmit... Check the "about the seller", they don't even have ID verification (I know it could be easily faked, but still..)

EDIT: and yeah, the OP is the seller and a scammer for sure. Looks at the ridiculous claims he does to bump the thread, "if I were you I would buy for sure!", etc... And:

Quote
"Escrow: Yes" means Bitmit will hold the amount as long the buyer got the Mini Rig

Like giving legitimacy to the scam... Unfortunately these forums are full of jokers.

why he knows "it could be easily faked? he target a victim for sure.

How has he scammed you beyond 'slander'?

I posted a thread about a Bitmit item which was very funny to me. it was so absurd to me that I don't see any danger to post it here on bitcointalk.org. But a Newbie paid the price and after he founds out it is scam he started a campaign against me. a other user entered this dicussion from nowhere after the Newbie decided that I must be the scammer. if I must be the scammer than it could also be possible that the other user is the original scammer to target a victim after his scam got public.

Three separate threads for this ?  Shocked

All three - go read the first 5 posts of the original thread, now:

1. buyer - do you still think this was not a joke ? did you even bother to read first few posts before shelling out 45 grand ?
2. same goes for Rampion

Let there be World peace. I am sure cyclops has too much money (early adopter ?) - but please be a little prudent ? If you really want to distribute your wealth - do not give it to random guy in the Net - I am here - first in the line, please ?  Grin

Ask about the IPs anyway. Most fraudsters are not that careful.

I asked about the IP's but the seller used several:

I would need his IP and my IP to proof that I'm not the seller. It is for my reputation on bitcointalk.com. Would this be possible? Thank you very much!
