Original loan was 0.125 BTC
I sent 0.035 BTC more, as he was in urgent need.

With interest and everything, this becomes 0.195 BTC.

He now says he is unable to repay the loan, because of the recent rise in Bitcoin price.

What happened to your collateral? I also saw your thread looking for a debt collector but I have to say good luck with that because relating an online personality to a real world person is hard and Bitcoin is a virtual currency and this forum is not a legal tender so whatever deals you might have had based on promises are not going to hold any water offline me thinks.

He offered to be an escrow, I choose him. He had green trust and didn't look shady. He is also fast to reply.
