I agree with you that there are no perfect President and that all of them has its strenghts and weakness. But though every president has its ups and downs I dont consider Obama as the best president of the United States. The best president for me is a perfect president and since the creation of the United States a perfect president was not born. If we compare Trump to Obama, Trump is much better than him but both of them are not the best president.

How can he gave the FGM-148 Javelin missile to the Ukrainian army? Where is the guarantee that these weapons will not be passed on to the neo-nazi groups such as the Right Sector and the Social-National Assembly (SNA)? They did the same mistake in Syria. They provided the BGM-71 TOW to the FSA groups. After that, many of these groups defected to the ISIS, taking their missiles along.

First need is to put a weapon, and secondly it will be the income of private companies and not government.
