If there is anything that I have learnt in the crypto world is that everything is possible considering some factors are held constant in the favour or against the subject matter. The bitcoin that you are referring as the boss of all time can turn out to lose its position if situation changes and another alt takes its position as simple as that. |

yes it will. whether it'll stay there is another matter, but bubble fever is looking to ethereum more than anything. it's all the ico bullshit that's driving it and that's only gonna heat up. BTC will likely be replaced. One of the more secure and untraceable coins with faster block times will be the BTC killer.
nothing needs to be replaced. it's a big old world filled with people with different interests. everything could thrive and nothing needs to die for it to happen. |

I think so. Bitcoin might not be around forever imo. I think it is older tech with flaws so something will replace it. We got years before any of this gets to that point so just enjoy the ride.

if you were a total noob today, which one would attract you? ethereum has fancy words, more cool tech on the way, a leader to reassure you, big banks and finance talking about it, token sales everywhere so you can make even more money. it's a greater fool machine. one look at an average day on r/bitcoin and you'd start crying. |

Most ads in medias tackle btc although altcoins are the same but other altcoins can have a hard time to make there own ads that wasn't the same as the btc. |

It wont ever get close to Bitcoin, it can pump as much as you want, but it wont ever get close to being simillar to Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the main coin and no pumpcoin and alternatives can ever get to his level. Those are just projects by people who want to get rich by making something like Bitcoin.

i also don't think so, ethereum is half of bitcoin because bitcoin is very high, if not ethereum was still behind the corner crying with 0.01 value in bitcoin BTC will likely be replaced. One of the more secure and untraceable coins with faster block times will be the BTC killer.
untraceability isn't what people want, poeple only want less fee with bitcoin and you have a perfect coin with that, no need anonymous masternode or other scam stuff like that, and for your information fully anonymous is danger, you can't have the chance to tell if they sent or not |

I wouldn't categorize Ethereum as a pump coin. It is a legitimate alt coin. The price however may definitely be affected by all the ICOs and the need for people to get their hands on ETH to fund their participation on the Ethereum based ICOs. |
