Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$?

I am waiting for a major correction for the past many weeks. There was one a few weeks back, but it was quite mild. The prices went down to around $2,000 per coin, and then quickly rebounded to $2,500. Will there be another correction soon?

1,200 dollars per coin seems to be the base support level

The correction that we saw a week ago and the rebound that followed it may only be a prelude to a bigger correction , a "real" one, so to speak. Oftentimes (well, sometimes), price makes the second top before going for a major correction. In this way market fools unsuspecting and unsuspicious traders who think that the bad days are over and the price will continue to rise. In fact, it may continue to rise further but you should never forget of the other possibility too

This would not worry the long term holders because the way the price move we can already tell it will rise even if it will fall to another price correct.
We witness how it has gone down to $1,700 and I think that was the correction we are waiting and too bad if you were not able to ride with it again.
Seems like the fools are real, the price started to pump and most like it will break to $3,000, by the way I've read some good projection that we could end $4,000 this year, I BELIEVE

Until we get there for real, this is no more than just a possibility. I think faith is not something which you should engage in trading with and base your decisions on. Otherwise, you would be pretty much gambling (i.e. hoping for luck alone). Not that it would be a lot different (for the majority of traders) if you based your trading decisions on something else, say, on what you would consider as knowledge or experience but still

I get scared to see this $1500 number, maybe it would be better for people to post some graphics that they justify because they believe the correction will be given in the $1500, that will help me and I believe that it helped many others

We are just predicting base on our analysis and I don't think it is not impossible, we could see price beyond that but
what is important is we should not panic, price will back up because it is where it suppose to.

The corrections are not that much high that it will reduce the price up to 50% but the correcions are often less than 15% or 20%. So I do not think that now the price of bitcoin will reduce that much that it will reach again to $1000 or $1500.

down to $1,500 and get a huge correction down to below $1,000 are what people want as they think they will buy the bitcoin as money as they can , but they forgot about the risk that the price could gone keep dropping instead bounce back to the current price around $2,500.

let's hope for the little correction only to stay up around $2,000.

I think it's hard to drop $1,000 or $1,500, this is because many big companies released new coins and deposit them with the bitcoin. Probably lowest price around $2.000 and never the less.

I agree. Btc's already gone a long way from last year and that got the attention of big players and even other countries to adopt it. It's far-fetched that it can go down that low at this point unless something drastic happens like if ww3 breaks.

I think we can no longer see bitcoin price lower than 1,000 usd again because the movement is upward, it may fall sometimes but just a little bit and will continue to rise again. Still there are many possibilities can happen and we are not prepare for them, let's just take the ride and enjoy the moment having it.

Even some months ago bitcoin'a price was 600$ but it started to rise and everyone sees how it become 1300$, than 1-2 month ago we had a little fall and lowest price was 890$ but than it returned to it's 1200-1300 and continued to rise and rise and we see what we get in result, bitcoin's price is 2750$ currently. This is very high rise and what do you think guys, will we see fall from 2700 to 1000 or even to 600$ ? Can we to forget worries of price fall?

I think is very unlikely to see again 600 $ or 1000 $ , only a big external event could cause such a collapse. After the halving of July 2016, the costs of production for 1 BTC are 700/800 $. So miners don't have interest to sell BTC<1000 $

From my perspective, it will not go down below 1000 dollars, but in the monetary system anything can be happened. During recession many European countries economy had been collapsed, so if it occurred again then everything will go down. Nothing can be predictable...

It can be possible due to the volatility of bitcoin but its still highly unlikely. Bitcoin has reached a stage were its legalized in many countries and is being accepted by many people on a daily basis. As the price increasing everyday I don't see a valid reason why the price should drop below 1000$ unless china blocks the withdrawal function on their exchanges or a major hack occurs on some exchange

I don't think that Bitcoin will fall to such low rates now after showing tremendous amount of grow tv n past two years or so, its price should ride only according to me. The rate of growth maybe slow but price will only ride in a few years.

This is certainly not about market situation and sentiment

If it were only that, I would most likely agree that there is very little chance for Bitcoin to drop below 1,000 dollars per coin due to internal causes (e.g. some people fixing profits and thus driving the price down somewhat). I'm talking about external dramatic events which may be not very likely over a small enough timescale, but they are still a possibility in the long run (if not to say a certainty). I don't know what it could be, otherwise (as per Taleb) it wouldn't be a Black Swan event. So it is not so much my opinion as such, but rather the harsh reality where shit sometimes hits the fan in the end

Now the price of bitcoin again started to increase and I hope that it will increase to more than $3500 in this month or till the next month so even if the correction will occur still we do not need to think that it will be ever less than $2000.

No matter how much we dream of buying Bitcoin at less than $1000, the time for 3 digit Bitcoin had already passed, Bitcoin is now moving forward to 5 digits price so it would be better to buy them now and forget about the dreams of buying it at 3 digits because these dreams might turn into a nightmare if you fail to buy Bitcoin at 4 digits and Bitcoin reach that 5 digit price.
