From my perspective, it will not go down below 1000 dollars, but in the monetary system anything can be happened. During recession many European countries economy had been collapsed, so if it occurred again then everything will go down. Nothing can be predictable...
As of now, I think NO also. Bitcoin is already treading to $3,000 dollar and getting back to $1000 is a major crash happening if ever. Though possibility is always there but for now, NO. I believe it's possible to fall that low value but I am not thinking of it anymore, It's enough for me to know the possibilities but I am more optimistic of the price increase because I believe if we are positive the vibes will get in and it will happen. Now, going back to being realistic, the current market of bitcoin is not telling that the price will dump in any given time, that is of course the exemption if there is a big bad news that will occur. Due to halving and the acceptance of some countries by officially recognise bitcoin as a legal tender? There's no way bitcoin could drop that low unless something unexpected which is pretty bad happens to bitcoin. Bitcoin's halving always occurs periodically and demands always increase by the time, it means that Bitcoin has a really high chance to have higher value more than the current price No country has accepted Bitcoin as legal tender so far Accepting it as legal tender would mean being able to pay taxes with it, and no government would go for that given they already have their own currency for paying taxes (at least, not in the foreseeable future). Apart from that, neither this nor something else of that kind would prevent Bitcoin from a collapse if that should come about for real. For example, the chain split so much talked about could easily drive the prices well below 1,000 dollars hmm, why do you think so? For example when BitFury was building largest datacenter in Georgia, goverment liked this fact very much and as one of them said, bitcoin is the currency of future and building largest datacenter will help country to be known for many people. Bitcoin is very changeable in price so no one accept it without converting in $ or other currency, so almost every business converts it and in this moment bank takes fees and they pay some % of this fee to goverment As you likely know, talk is cheap And when government starts talking about something, it is twice as cheap. In fact, it is virtually worthless. Today they can say one thing, tomorrow they will say the opposite and claim at that they didn't say what they actually said yesterday (think 1984 here). As I said, so far no country has accepted Bitcoin as legal tender, this is a simple fact of life. When some country officially declares Bitcoin as a "legal payment for all public debts, fees, and duties", then we may talk about that but not earlier than that |

I don't think that Bitcoin will be lower than 1000$ now. It is growing a very good rate of growth and a 2000$ fall in price is not possible at all. Millions of people have invested in Bitcoin and i think that it will only grow in future.
You are right millions of people are invested on bitcoin if this goes lower $1k then no one will believe bitcoin in future. It will become dead currency. So I think it will never go lower $1k now. But there is a chance to come lower $2k. This is 70 - 30 chances are there our bad luck it may fall otherwise the price keep on raising. I dont think it will ever go below 1000 but I also don't think it will be dead if that happens. Haven't you seen the counter that counts the number of times bitcoin has been declared dead? The simple fact is its here to stay forever. All that is just speculation, people only predict and it is not necessarily the case. So that's why until now bitcoin is still alive even growing rapidly. We will not see that fall. Now those who accept such a depreciation of bitcoin buying up the cheap coins and the price will go up dramatically. Maybe she'll even climb higher than 3000. Now there are no prerequisites for the fall.

Even some months ago bitcoin'a price was 600$ but it started to rise and everyone sees how it become 1300$, than 1-2 month ago we had a little fall and lowest price was 890$ but than it returned to it's 1200-1300 and continued to rise and rise and we see what we get in result, bitcoin's price is 2750$ currently. This is very high rise and what do you think guys, will we see fall from 2700 to 1000 or even to 600$ ? Can we to forget worries of price fall?
A fall can definitely happen anytime. But I'm thinking about a crash to about $2000 or $1800 only. It would be too much of a disaster for Bitcoin to fall to something lower than $1000. I'm not saying it's impossible though, it's definitely possible. Anything can happen at this point. I'm actually expecting a crash nextmonth (end of July) because of the possible split between Bitcoin Unlimited and Bitcoin Core. But I expect it to come back to a rise immediately after a few weeks of months. Many of the people were expecting a fall in the end of July like you I was personally expecting it because who knows what will happen on 1st of August. Anyway this price fall can be a part of that but it is a premature fall. Like you I am also not expecting the price of the Bitcoin to go down $1000 it will not fall more than $2000 I guess. |

It would be quite difficult for bitcoin price to drop lower than $1000 USD at the moment, it might happen unless there are continuous of bad news regarding bitcoin in a row, or maybe a sudden huge influx of users switching to the usage of altcoins, but I don't really think that would happen at least for this period of time.

I don't think that Bitcoin price will ever fall below 1000$ now because many people have. Invested their money on Bitcoin and Bitcoin is also showing very good rates of growth so such a large fall in price is not possible at all. I think the price of Bitcoin will only increase for next few years now.

I don't think we will see <1000 again. With the growth this year, i think the lowest is about $1500 of bitcoin somehow crash and the price will move from there.
I will believe that we will not be seeing bitcoin's price anymore at $1,000. We will be able to see it but now higher $2k. Just like what happened for this week, the price of bitcoin suddenly at dip and everyone is still believing that it will rise again. With this type of situation many are taking the advantage to buy more. I wouldn't say we can never see $1000 it only takes something negative to spark the down fall and am hoping we do not go down that road and what is happening this week might be attributed to the mixed views of what's going to be the future of bitcoin with the intended fork but whatever happens, bitcoin will bounce back! |

Well in this entire scenario you forgot to discuss about a very important factor and it is the demand of the bitcoin. The demand of the Bitcoin has a direct effect on the price of the Bitcoin so when the price will be lower than $1K it simply will mean that the people have no trust remained on the Bitcoin and it will be the time when there may be another alt have developed enough that the people choose it over the bitcoin. Currently we don’t see any such situation nor do I expect it in future. |

Before the price down to the 2000 dollars people will buy back at that price as you can see the price is decreasing right now but when it just touched 2196 dollars then the price is going back to 2300 $ well the price is started to increase , i think people won't lose this chance, buying more bitcoin at the lowest price. All i can see the price would not touch 1000 dollars again at least for this period though i'm not completely sure sometimes the price is unpredictable but one thing is for sure when the price is going down people will take this opportunity to buy more bitcoins. |

Even some months ago bitcoin'a price was 600$ but it started to rise and everyone sees how it become 1300$, than 1-2 month ago we had a little fall and lowest price was 890$ but than it returned to it's 1200-1300 and continued to rise and rise and we see what we get in result, bitcoin's price is 2750$ currently. I think with the price now? For me no because that is be very deep dump if that will happen so in my opinion that is not going to happen lower that 2000$ is quite impossible because of the investors who supporting it so for me no. |
