Yes this is a good point. I am not sure though if bounties make a difference. People like to see the best projects and not sure the best projects advertise on bitcointalk. I personally stay away from projects with banners everywhere and are buying them for cheap tokens.

Yupz, sometimes some investors do not invest by advertising, but they only see in terms of trust, one of them by looking at the profile of founder / CEO / team. Because they think that good project starts from internal team, in this case cooperation and management of team.
