Can't withdraw poloniex STR Coin since 19 days ago and ticket didn't reply

I can't withdraw my STR coin since 19 days ago. The withdrawal status said "Processing" till now.

I've heard many withdrawal issues with poloniex. I think their a big company that got greedy and decided to scam their customers. dont use them
