If you would say this to me before 5 months I would say it is a hard job but now as I see lots of coins and even ripple has made 10x within 2 weeks it is very possible, just be patient.

It still possible. I know an effective way. You should invest in ICO which the developer is thrusted. Many altcoin which the price is increase after the ICO end. Even some coin price is rise more than 1000%. XRP, XCPO and some other new Altcoin are success.
