You are living in the heaven of wishful thinking. I don't say it's not possible to turn $10,000 into 1 Million but the way you are planning it is totally wrong.

nothing is impossible,  we've got lots of coin that had done x30 and more, If you invest in such coin like4 or 5 Types of profit  if had an insider information about a ico or IEO projects that's gonna give such profit he's good to go in achieving such profit

But currently the market is not in a bull season,  it's rare to seeing such coin giving out such profit , it will take a long period to attain such profit

No, he is living on earth and he did reached the goal. He turned $10k to $1million when altcoin bullish started, but unfortunatelly he didn't cashed out while he was at $1million.
You must read when was this thread started and read from page to page before assume something without any fact

In a way, there is really nothing that’s impossible but in same pattern, this is just too much for everyone to expect. If we really want to be successful, it’s vital to have realistic targets. And I have very much that only which is helpful with right direction. I always work without setting figures as targets. I just approach with doing things accurately, as that’s how I could gain and that consistently. Aside from that using Crypto Tools that are popular is another way at doing things well.

Anyone reading through now should know that the portfolio mentioned in the initial post got rebalanced several times, new coins were added

and some were taken out or greatly altered. After the OP stopped updating regularly, one of the last versions of the portfolio did reach

1 million USD, so the experiment can be considered a tremendous success, even though HR might not have cashed out at exactly 1 mil USD...

It is not impossible but it is not realistic either, it is very easy to think about all the profits that you could make if you just invested in the right coin at the right time but when you begin to have those thoughts you are not really thinking about investing you are thinking in the same way that a gambler will think about the lottery, and that is when you know that your expectations are out of place.

In the market of cryptocurrencies there is such a huge volatility that it is not unrealistic to be able to earn 50% in profits every single year and in any other market those kind of profits will be huge and even unrealistic but instead of taking what they can take people prefer to dream about profits that most likely they will never get.

On that time litecoin was on their very low price. OP has bought many LTCs before it got pumped on early 2018, that's his way to be able reached $1 million

Using today’s price to establish opening position cost basis, the following portfolio has a minimum target of $100,000 (if everything goes wrong) and a maximum (still conservative) target of $1,000,000. (Explaining the reasons why goes beyond the scope of this friendly competition.)

Nxt (NXT) – 10%
PIVX (PIVX) – 5%
NEM (XEM) – 5%

Didn't you read few post above? Someone has calculate how much his investment now with current price , and his $10,000 have turned to $37,000. But if you read the whole thread, there was a time his investment reached more than $1,000,000 only from $10,000 investment. But most of alts he HOLD turned to dust now

Invest in projects that are coming up. Forget about the already established ones. Its like buying land where it Costa millions of dollars and expect to make profit out of it. Its easier to buy where its cheaper and wait for price to go up. My thinking though its subject to correction

Well, your thinking is not too far from the truth but land and crypto can't be compared cus they both are two entirely different form of investment in all ramifications.
Buying already established coins for investment purposes isn't bad and they can still bring in a lot of profit too and also remember the risk of loosing all your money in already established coins is very much lower, buying into new projects/coins comes with a great level of risk as 4 out of every 5 new project is likely to fail and cause investors to loose their money, but if one is lucky to find and invest in the right one, it brings a decent amount of profit too.
So investing in already established or entirely new coins depends on how deep the investors pocket is, and how level of risk he or she is willing to take. Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB and many others are already established, and people are still investing in this coins and making good profit from them too.

many have succeeded like that, like the previous doge, which reached fantastic prices, and for those who invest before the price reacts will certainly get extraordinary returns, of course we must know when is the right time to release it, if not like now the price is back down, therefore we have to use logic and being too greedy to make a profit
