Write to this website/exchange (i don't know what it is) support because transaction not get confirmed and it was returned to sender (this website you wrote about).
Their system didn't handle this exception and you should notice them to give you back your bitcoins.
Transaction is dropped from queue after 48 or 72 hours smth like that.
