Please help me , i am withdraw 0.03 BTC from mercatox  exchange but already 10 days not get confirmed from blockchain

Previous transaction reject and in rebroadcast automatic , Will my bitcoin not get confirmation forever?
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Write to this website/exchange (i don't know what it is) support because transaction not get confirmed and it was returned to sender (this website you wrote about).
Their system didn't handle this exception and you should notice them to give you back your bitcoins.
Transaction is dropped from queue after 48 or 72 hours smth like that.
