I agree, Bitcoin industry is able to create new employment from scratch, there are so many unexplored (yet) possibilities from which we can improve our society, thanks to Bitcoin

Bitcoin can't give you a job, the maximum it can do it can facilitate your job.
Don't even start with the trading bitcoin is a job. Then people might claim that betting on horses is a job.
It's not bitcoin that creates the "jobs" of sigcampaigns or webdesign or whatever.
It's the people who own those business that create those part time jobs.

Absolutely right. Bitcoin could be an option for those who unemployed or those who tried to find a job but haven't got any. Bitcoin could be another income source for them. Although Bitcoin isn't really a job but at least they could earn money for living.

bitcoin is not reducing unemployment much. As, million of people neither have desktop computer nor have internet access. They don't even know what is digital currency.

Somehow, those people who can access the bitcoin are those people who have an internet connection. So if the unemployed people can access on it, it is a chance to reduce the unemployed people. Of they can access on it they will have an opportunity to have a job and gain a money for them. But sad to say if you have poor and if you can't have an access it is bad for you because even there's a job in bitcoin and if you can't access there non sense at all. Thus it can reduces unemployed people but it is still in biased way.

Others may consider bitcoin as their main source of income or their job. But for me, now that bitcoin still not recognized in our country, i still consider this as my other source of income, an additional source of income for our growing family.

actually it depends how the person uses bitcoin. if they can make jobs using bitcoin, I think it can reduce unemployment. I am sure, many people have done that. build a business with bitcoin, and start reducing unemployment with it.

If bit coins were more popular, we'd have a bigger unemployment problem, not a smaller one.

See, unemployment is directly linked to the availability of capital. Hiring happens when new businesses can start, or when existing businesses can expand. Under ideal circumstances this happens as a predictable rate. But that can only happen if capital is available consistently and for low prices.

If bit coins were popular as a store of value, capital would be more expensive and less readily available. The reason is obvious: By definition, bit coins being more popular as a store of value means draining money out of the capital market and squirreling it away in bit coins.

Since we already have a problem of capital not being available as widely and as cheaply as it needs to be, further reducing the size of the capital market would make unemployment worse, because it would be more expensive for new businesses to start or for existing businesses to expand.

What we need to bring unemployment down further is cheaper and more widely available capital. This is already happening; lending reserves are expanding at a steady rate thanks to Fed open-market operations, and historically low interest rate returns on cash holdings are prompting long-term investors to restructure their portfolios in ways that are capital-market friendly. It's just that what's happening now needs to continue happening in order for business to expand and unemployment to fall back to nominal levels.

If somebody waved a magic wand and made bit coins, say, a million times more widely used as a store of value, that'd hurt the economic recovery toward full employment, not help it.

Uneployment problem can't be solved by making new people working with bitcoin. They are just reciving something not for a long time and only few of them would be fine after all.
