What happened::
ePay.info, a micro wallet/cache service went rogue, due to their 0 fees policy (most probably).
Like a month ago, they started doing selective payouts to their users.
Users who'd call them out in their ANN (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1149545.msg19230660#new) would get paid, so they keep the tension low.

User R3x found out yesterday that they've listed their domain on major auction websites (GoDaddy, Namecheap).

Amount Scammed:
N/A - Unknown
Payment Method:
BTC & alts.
Proof of Payment:
N/A
PM/Chat Logs:
N/A
Additional Notes:

Due to their 0 fees policy, they probably went bankrupt. They got banned from a major bitcoin advertising network a few months ago, which was their best source of income. They got banned because they used illegal methods to generate income from ads, then called the ad network scam because they were removed from there.
( https://twitter.com/epayinfo/status/816163440247132160 & https://twitter.com/epayinfo/status/818351556164718593 )

They were supposed to launch a new interface in early April, but it never came out, since probably that's when they started having issues, due to current bullrun.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

You're probably right about its zero fee policy affecting the site especially with the bitcoin fees skyrocketing. Simply no way they were going to pay for all these server running fees, bitcoin transaction fees, and paying for customer support + their time through donations and ads. As you said the ad revenue stopped so that's probably why the site is dysfunctional.

Lots of scam accusations here on the forum as well. It's wise to stay away from this site until the admin clears everything up.

ClaimWithMe - the most paying faucet of all times!

Wow.  It must be terrifying for all those faucet claimants, knowing that their payment of 0.0005, which is basically worthless due to the added fees, might not get sent unless they moan about it.

To be frank, faucets are dead now that you have to trust both the faucet and the faucet cache not to steal your funds during the extremely long time you spend getting enough to mean something.

This doesn't mean "use faucethub.io", it means "here's yet another sign to do something that's actually worth your time".

It's bad that still majority of ePay users don't know that ePay turned into scam. Faucet owners still sending deposits to ePay and people are keep claiming from these faucets. They still expect to get payouts. But I don't know how to reach these people with a warning.

I'm asking anyone who has a good DT neg flag user account mentioned in OP.
There's a lot of users who're not aware and still post in their ANN topic & a lot of faucet owners are still depositing coins in their service.

They've been MIA for way too long. If this was a mistake or they were honest, I'm sure they would come and drop a comment on BCT.

Thank you for your attention

That's so sad to know...
I was waiting for payment from epay.info
But whenever I check my withdraw they reset the time...

https://snag.gy/Ei7DGj.jpg

Few hours ago I checked withdraw it said you will receive in 4 hours and 5 mins,
now it says you will receive in 21 hours and 5 mins  Sad Huh

Why they are doing this?
By not paying and scamming cents they will lose trust and will be closed very soon..

They're actually not scamming cents. They're scamming much more than you see in your account.
A lot of faucet owners top up their faucets. Some of them deposit dust, some of them deposit significant amounts of BTC/alts.
When you sum all that, the numbers become much bigger

Well yes cents form users and big amount from faucet owners..
Why need to do this? kill your own well set business ..
When you can easily earn money honestly by making some changes like charging some fees, show more ads...
This is just a suicide of well set business, it's not a smart work but a coward act..

epay.info is a confirmed scam. People are not able to withdraw their money from the site and the site itself is likely hit by the rising transaction fees which is probably the reason why they closed down. Their profit model was from ads, as you said. When they get banned there is no way that they will be able to make a profit, thus the reason they went scam.

I saw a user selling the ePay user base and script without actually selling the domain in the digital goods section. I'm not entirely sure whether this is legit or not, but it seems like it is. This further proves that the admin has no intention of paying anyone back and just trying to get as much money out of this possible before he closes it down completely.

If link above isn't proof that they're scammers, I don't know what else is needed to convince anyone with DT to neg them.

Update the thread title. I've neg. rated the user.

People are busy. I don't think I have noticed this accusation until today. Even though, often the accusations towards specific services are useless (as usually there is no user to neg. rate).

I missed it also but have left feedback, looks like a clear cut scam with the "hacker" twist at the end.

--snipe--
I'd totally agree with you but don't you think there could be a mere coincidence that just their names are same but they could be totally two different persons in real life ? Having checked previous posts of epay.ino and coin888,both the accounts follow a typical pattern of posting. One ends the messages as "Lucas R" the other as "Lucas".
It's hard to link them just on that basis,we can dig deeper into the businesses they run, might have something common there.

I remember these faucets. Lucas also had identical faucet WheelofCoin. But shortly after his Adsense account was banned, all payments stopped. But it's hard to say is it epay and coin888 was owned by the same person.

BTW, epay.info was sold recently:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1955169.msg20318451#msg20318451
I just remind what epay said earlier:
