Search for user manuals at Bitmain.com.
There is also lots of info here at the forum in existing threads.
So no need for a separate thread. You just must do some searching and learning job yourself.

Here are my comments on this case:
1. Antrouter is for solo mining only and you need to be really really lucky to find a block in solo with it.

2. Two Antminer U3's doesn't offer you that much of hash rate. Your miner rewards are really really small in pooled mining.

Download something like CGMiner or BFGMiner, and follow their steps to setup the miner. Do you have a pool picked out yet, or do you need one?

Check out Blockchain.info's hashrate distribution chart to find out what pools are available.  You should also look at Bitcoin Wiki's comparison of mining pools.

If I were you, I'd mine at KanoPool.  2% of the hashrate is good enough to have low variance, and they have low fees as well.  Plus kano is quite respected on the forum.

I need a pool still

Please take note:

Here are my comments on this case:
1. Antrouter is for solo mining only and you need to be really really lucky to find a block in solo with it.

2. Two Antminer U3's doesn't offer you that much of hash rate. Your miner rewards are really really small in pooled mining.

The antminer U3s will never produce anything large enough at a pool to even cash out. They will always be below dust limits. You can mine at a pool but don't expect that you'll ever get a payout.
