I think that top one is Bleutrade, but I cannot confirm. I would also think the majority of the top addresses are owned by exchanges.

We have been added to TradeSatoshi and CoinsMarkets as mentioned by Crumbz. Be careful on CoinsMarkets though because they count 9 decimal places and it throws (people/me) off.
