If govt want their good, good for country then they will give legality to bitcoin. If we look at prospect of bitcoin there is a possibility that someday the government will give legality to bitcoin and participate in it. Thats it

As for my own perceptions here, bitcoin can be declared as legal if the leaders of a certain country will accept the importance of bitcoin to people's lives. Without any hesitation in each country, bitcoin will surely be accepted when there's support from leaders who wants to pursue cryptocurrency.

Its up for the government, but if I were to suggest being legal is better, there will be some issues such as using it for illegal dealings but as a countermeasure bitcoin users can easily bring money to their country from another. So it easily helping with their economy just like that.
bitcoin is declared valid or not, it all depends on the attitude of the country where we live because supporting or not the facts that occur now are more and more users and business people start using bitcoin in every transaction, so it's legal or illegal is not important because all parties have begun to realize the importance crypto currency because it provides convenience in each of their trading transactions.

Not a lot more that can be added to the thread except to say it won't be major World Governments that introduce Crypto to the masses, rather, it will be smaller, less well thought of countries that are often overlooked that will be the early adopters of coin/tokens/or whatever comes after them.

I remember that I already read about the country which accepts bitcoin as a legal thing but I do not remember where I read that news. I think soon, many countries will accept bitcoin as a new payment solution for their people so their people can use bitcoin and have bitcoin to solve their problem. but there is any country that is not ready to declare bitcoin as a legal and they still make a research about bitcoin to know how they can get the benefits of bitcoin to them.

Maybe in the next few years will be legal. Given the increasing bitcoin users and also the practical bitcoin to do the transaction plus the other features that make it easier for bitcoin users
Actually bitcoin has been declared a payment instrument in various countries, but for countries that do not support the use of bitcoin it is still not categorized as legitimate but the state also does not prohibit its ownership to be categorized as a commodity, it may still take a long time for bitcoin to be accepted as payment instruments in all countries, maybe 10 years ...

Maybe in the future each government in that country are planning to make Bitcoin as legal currency because Bitcoin helping family to make reach their dream and also to help their own family, relatives and their own needs. Bitcoin helping investors to make easier find a good investing unlike on company they needs a lot proposal or ads to convince the man to invest their company Bitcoin is easier than that and easier to reach them out.
