I too think it will be GSW, They are the best team now worldwide and although Cleveland is good, They have weaknesses against the offense of GSW shooting everything either from 3 if you try to guard close or layups and dunks.. it won't be a sweep or close to it but IMO GSW will win 4-3 or 4-2

But I always believe that basketball is a game of match ups and adjustments. The team that can make the proper adjustments in-game and can capitalize on match ups is going to take home the championship. With a healthy Kevin Durant playing for the Warriors, it would have to be a total team effort on the part of the Cavs to make Durant earn his every point. Not to mention that Steph is always there and Klay can heat up any moment. The odds are definitely against the Cavs, but Lebron is Lebron, and he looks to be even more determined in chasing Michael Jordan for the GOAT.

I don't think GSW can stop LBJ from getting points in the paint, GSW don't have a good center that will stop him, all of them will be in foul trouble trying to stop LBJ. I think it is a mistake sacrificing their center just to get durant

i've been on the warriors to win ever since they blew out the clippers by ~50 a couple months ago. i thought that nba teams couldn't do that especially vs a playoff team. then the cavs did it recently vs celtics, and now i'm unsure who will win.

Golden State Warriors acquisition of Durant is going to make the difference this time around, then am a Cavaliers fan, i don't believe they are going to emerge victorious this time around. Hoping for a miracle though.

Lebron is getting too old. If he can't win this time round then there might not be another time we'll see king james win another win

I'm a cavs fan too but i feel like GSW has a lot more firepower in their lineup.

Hopefully the series can at least last for 6-7 games though like last year's entertaining comeback. I don't want to waste my money and time to buy NBA passes just to watch the Finals as if it's a preseason game.

Now with durant arrival from the team, They are much more confident on shooting the ball from the outside. The GSW will punish the defense on scoring in the paint or scoring in the outside and if their perimeter shooting in not doing well. There is Green and the other GSW will be attacking the paint and score or if they found a open team mate they just pass the ball and as a result it's either a shot made or not. James is a monster in a game, He always involved his team mates to gain some confidence and we all know that james can get a triple-double in a game. Good write up mate, clearly the warriors are the heavy favorites here because we believe they can easily beat the cavaliers. We also think that way in the last NBA Finals and we think the warriors can make a repeat or even sweep the cavaliers but the outcome was different, it ended with a thrilling game where the cavaliers won in a dramatic passion.

They just luckily sweep San Antonio Spurs because their MVP Pachulia was injured Leonard, without Parker and Leonard, Spurs is a totally regular team like Jazz and Blazers. The NBA finals is still undecided because Cavs is not a normal team and they have the best player in NBA now (LBJ), The presence of Durant now is not a big factor for Warriors to win because they don't have a good center unlike last year. Actually, this is not Kevin Durant’s first trip to the Finals, but it has been a while since he last played in a stage as big as this. Remember that some years back, the trio of him, Westbrook and Harden (along with Ibaka) faced the Miami Heat in the Finals and lose the series in five games. They were very young then so this series could mean more for him, and that he is now being surrounded by more experienced teammates.

The Golden State Warriors took the win in Game 1 and now led the Finals series, 1-0, as they defeated the defending Champions, Cleveland Cavaliers, with the final score of 113-90. Kevin Durant led the Warriors with 38 points (20 points in the first half), 8 rebounds and 8 assists, while Stephen Curry contributed with his double-doubles 28 points and 10 assists. LeBron James (28 points-15 rebounds) and Kevin Love (15 points-21 rebounds) posted double-doubles in the game, while Kyrie Irving has 24 points for the Cavaliers, but those were not enough to get the win.

The Cavs bench must step up for them to have a chance here. You can't win four games in the Finals if your bench doesn't produce. Meanwhile, Klay Thompson still is struggling but the firepower of Durant and Curry proved enough to hand the Cavs their second loss of the post season while the Warriors themselves continue to remain unbeaten.
