why is ethexindian and btcxindia in beta stage ?

I have noticed that ethexindia and btcxindia is beta from when it was launched. Why? Does anyone have an answer? Is this to be safe from people if anything goes wrong?

Btcxindia is closed down their operations for the moment till government clearances the air about whether they are legalizing or banning btc in India and then accordingly btcxindia will take further course of action as far as I have heard it.

as posted in another thread btxindia is resurrecting itself by now offering Ripple (XRP) trading instead of BTC.

i submitted my docs last night, and spoke to their Customer Support today who told me they have seen a sudden surge in applications so I should wait atleast a week.

i questioned him about btcxindia shutting down its BTC trading last year and he simply said "we chose to suspend BTC and now we decided to switch to XRP". i further asked about shutting down BTC trading as a directive from the indian central bank, which he flat out denied and said they chose to 'suspend' BTC trading (it has been 'suspended' for a year now). but now they are starting XRP trading and ETH trading so lets see what happens
