Poloniex deposit never credited

Hello everyone!!

I have an issue with Poloniex concerning a deposit in ETH.
I understood that Poloniex only accepted deposit of 1 ETH. If the deposit is smaller then they will only appear once it reaches 1ETH, at least this is what I understand from here:
"The minimum amount for deposit is 1 ETH. Smaller deposits will be credited once they total this amount."

OK so here is what I did:

- a first deposit of 1 ETH. I did this deposit but suddenly realized that the cost of sending 1 ETH might not allow me to see it on Poloniex;
- so I did a second deposit of 0.1 ETH.

Issue is that the first one appeared, but the second one never appeared. I proceeded to these two deposit in a 5 minutes interval and I have the proof they have been confirmed. I send a question to support of Poloniex but I wonder if they will answer me.

Have I made a mistake? What should I do?

You just did the best thing to do, contact them.

Try to give them daily bump. Send the same query everyday so that you can have your multiple tickets. After that, try to have a 1 post every 5 minutes in their troll box regarding the issue. There is no Poloniex staff here that active in bitcointalk so no choice but to wait for their respond.
