hi,
 i have 2 msi rx 580 8gb gaming hynix what i have do it is:
 i copied from my original bios  2:1750 too 2:2000 and 2:2250 and set from afterburner core clock 1150 and memory clock 2080, i reach from 22mh too 26.3mh but when i set memory clock more than 2080 i reach 27.5mh but after few second my pc crash and black screen! what can i do please? any sugestion please? thanks.

It's 30 minutes since first post and in the EU it's midnight...
You just overclock too high. Set it to stock, check for memory errors. Than you can start stepping up memory clocks by 10MHz.

Overclocking also increases instability!
reboot and when  possible put everything  on stock and make sure all is ok by testing.
try running everything with stock settings.
if all is well with stock setting GOOD
if you must Overclock "OCD" increase your values with very small increments and only
! parameter at a time or you will crash again!
once you get to optimal STOP overclocking
