my experience: i submitted bank transfer withdraw request on 17 of May. until now! the money is still not even out yet(still in their hand, not at bank yet) after 15 days. And their support work extremely slow especially to things about withdraw. they seem not care about the efficiency of their withdraw services or!!! they have financial problems(well, just my guessing).

you can also see their experience

Oh boy you shouldn't had use cex.io. You would have heard mixed reviews about it but their verification process is pathetic
I never really withdrew any funds to my card but i remember once i had bought bitcoins from them using card and they told me to upload a selfie with my card for proof. I did that and after 7 days i got a message they have rejected the request. When i asked them to reverse it they sent me funds again which costed me 25$ as fees for no reason

Cex is okay, but bank transfers take very very long, so try to avoid them.

Cex.no is one of the reputable sites out there but that is not to say they don't have their own challenges which is largely due to bank transfers and the unnecessary time lag in responding to queries in which I think its largely due to the volume of transactions they handle but aside those two and other minor issues they have, you are good to go without issues.
