Why is there still no list of enrolled members? Have the managers went AWOL out of fear of account farming being exposed or are they just this incompetent?

No idea. Send a PM to campaign manager and ask him if why you are banned, because the message is probably saying you are banned which i don't think can be a bug in the site.
