I called him out - and ended up having a wager with him after he started posting one sided pictures of cas coins on here and on reddit.

now this is rather serious as OG holds forum money and up to hundreds of BTC in escrow funds whilst also running "Nastyfans" a very bad performing BTC asset.

i'm just putting this out there to get some unbiased opinions in the thread instead of the standard nasty fans coming in.

S&P 500 total return in same time period in USD: 70%
Real Estate average return in same time period in USD: 30%
Gold total return in same time period in USD: -22%

He didn't believe the holograms were intact and forced me to prove it with threats of trying to destroy my reputation if I didn't.  Now he is trying any angle he can to recover his funds for his stupid decision to not trust I was telling the truth.  I will repeat that I don't self escrow and this individual is abusing the forums and trust system.

you did self escrow - any respected escrow would of returned the funds, you didn't as you are a greedy fuck who only cares about yourself.. if you cared about the community you would of let them decide the outcome of this bet. or even better yet you would of returned the funds as Zepher did when he didn't want to get involved due to your Tampon like ways

Yes, which is which I suggest a nullification of the agreement.

The terms of the picture were already designed previously and posted. This has not changed. Regardless, if there was a complete misunderstanding regarding the terms, then the only rightful thing would be to nullify this agreement and return any funds to their respective owners.
Personal note: I don't see you having the decency for such action though.
