OgNasty Self Escrowing bets and not listening to the community to resolve.

as per above thread OG was called out for deleting posts from his self modded thread, a bet was made where he needed to provide a time stamped photo that the coins were all intact.

he did not come through with the valid proof and has taken the escrow funds and given half to his "fans" (if you arent aware this is some front to avoid US regulation)

please be aware of his biased opinions - I would not trust this man with 0.1BTC, never mind the forum funds that he currently holds. 

1) he should of returned the funds and not accepted being the escrow.
2) he should of allowed a 3rd party to mediate the discussion

I look forward to other peoples opinions as I may be incorrect.

please also note I have offered to pass the full .4BTC to wikileaks so that OG doesn't "lose face" but that was declined as was letting the collectibles community decide.

I was left with no choice than to open this thread.

TMAN sent funds to my public address without my consent.  I at no point said I would escrow.  It was payment for me posting this picture:

He didn't believe the holograms were intact and forced me to prove it with threats of trying to destroy my reputation if I didn't.  Now he is trying any angle he can to recover his funds for his stupid decision to not trust I was telling the truth.  I will repeat that I don't self escrow and this individual is abusing the forums and trust system.

1) Blazed was the first Escrow Agent listed, since he was not around TMAN decided to use Zepher who backed out of acting as escrow due to not wanting to deal with the drama. Nowhere did I see OgNasty offer to self escrow for this bet. This however was said

Looking at OGNasty's escrow thread here ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=303281.0 ) it is clear that TMAN should have sent 0.202 to the address if he were serious about using OgNasty as an escrow.

I now ask for the comment wherein OgNasty agrees to self-escrow for no fee in the thread listed in OP of this accusation.

why did OG not ask for a return address in the same way that Zepher ( a much more professional escrow) did?

OG was so sure of himself that he didn't think about repercussions of his actions. this is because OG believes he is above the rules.
