Strance CHN coins?

Im new to this but this seams strange to me. I was solo mining CHNcoin and just hit two blocks one payed 89.5 chn the next says .022 chn. Is this normal?

I would guess that it's miner fees paying out, but this coin is so backwards it's hard to tell.
