Mate, you have out transactions in ur account. How do you do them if you don't any ETC on poloniex listed? I mining ETC on polo adres. From pool transaction gone but not recived to polo. |

Same issue here, 15 days left, no ETC deposits on the balance (still on the deposit address), 12 days of no response to support ticket. Started to mine to a wallet.
Anybody receives ETC to Poloniex?

It seems that something is seriously wrong with Poloniex.
I started to withdraw funds from it today. Funny, ETC withdrawals are almost instant (but still no deposits). But ETH withdrawal generated Tx in seconds, but after 8 hours there is no such transaction on the network and of course there is a zero balance. WTF...

I started to withdraw funds from it today. Funny, ETC withdrawals are almost instant (but still no deposits). But ETH withdrawal generated Tx in seconds, but after 8 hours there is no such transaction on the network and of course there is a zero balance. WTF...

WTF... 9 hours after withdrawal the ETH was transferred to the wallet with different TxID. I read it is a "normal" practice for Polo to instantly show fake TxID and then transfer with different one. I don't know why. But today's withdrawal of 9.5 ETH was really instant, few seconds. Still no ETC deposits... |

Yes that is what they do,they will initially show a fake transaction ID just to make you believe that the coins are sent instantly ,i am not sure why they are doing that,the rest of the exchanges i use will only show the transaction ID only after sending the coins,i am avoiding poloniex because something fishy is going on for the past few months. |

Deposited some ETC 3 days ago nothing show under Poloniex balance. After opening a support ticket and selected ETC on one of the ticket fields that's what I got as auto-reply:
"We’re very sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing a momentary delay on deposits of this currency.
We are actively working to identify and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and we’re sorry for the inconvenience, don’t hesitate to reply to this message if you have any question."

Probably poloniex staff on this forum might notice this thread when it gets bigger.
I am having a similar problem since 26 days now, i sent some ETC to my poloniex account (i dont want to disclose the exact amount but it is well above 1 ETC) and nothing have been showing since then, i open a support ticket which all i am able to achieve is the number of dsys my request is been processed without any attention from the support.

I don't believe they're able to cope with that amount of tickets. They receive around 3000 tickets/day (according to ticket numbers I placed twice with 15 days interval for different issues). If they felt that 5 chat moderators can help, they do not have enough staff to handle it.
So I've only been waiting to see my ETC occasionally deposited.
Meanwhile I withdraw my funds from Poloniex within daily limits every day to sleep well.

Have anybody tried to deposit more than 10 ETC with no result?
I have an idea that they may not deposit small amounts. It is like 1 ETH minimum for Ethereum, it could be, say, 10 ETC minimum for Ethereum Classic, and sending more than 10 will fix the issue? I am tempting to send some ETC just to check it, but afraid it will hang as well.
Can anybody confirm that even 10+ ETC deposits are stuck?

I deposited 4 etc and still has not gone into my account. 13 days ago I opened a support ticket and still no response not good enough. they just dont answer or give any explanation. i have withdrawn all other coins from this site and will never use them again very poor customer service and they are stealing my money.
