Until now, Only HITBTC exchanges are listed at Coinmarketcap.

Etherdelta and Forkdelta exchanges is not included in the list at Coinmarketcap. Needs the other major exchanges like binance, bittrex, livecoin, etc to raise the value of transactions and investors.

I have not seen such a bad team before, how difficult is it to set up a marketing campaign?

I wonder what they have done with the money they have done with their ICO, this is a refined and well-executed way to get money out of us. I feel sorry for the people who have stepped above 1 $.
