I think we all can admit Ethereum is one of the few serious coontenter this day. I started to follow it recently. And i don't mean beacuse of the recent incrase in the value recently. I am afraid to see it's possible to see Ethereum more popular than Bitcoin in some places. I am starting to collect it here and there

I am really surprised how ethereum rose in value so fast, I mean, it was about $10 in this January and now it's 24 times it's previous value in just 6 months, even though ethereum is having unlimited supply as of now, so I am not able to understand why it's so much hyped?
Is there anything that I am missing in this case?

it will be more than $400,, in BTC value the end of this year could be at 0.2BTC
so many project using ethereum blockchain for now,,
and now the price is above 0.09 BTC this mean more than $250 the ethereum price when its calculated on USD value..

It seems that the price of ethereum is proportionate to the the soaring price of bitcoin. Lucky are those who believed in the potential of this coin. Can anybody tell the main reason(s) to this very volatile price.

I say $1.000, my speculation is that BTC is going to have some issue, and ETH will sky rocket. And in the future ETH > BTC

ETH may not receive a huge increase this year, but expect it to be more stable than bitcoin. After hard fork of BTC, by that time, we may witness some changes in crypto ranking.

If the price increase rally would continue even further then it would really be reachable not even reaching on the end of year 2017. No one knows on what would be the day on which we would achieve such price but knowing ETH it has really have a great potential on reaching new heights than no one would ever expected.

I beg to disagree. Ethereum price have increased almost at 10 folds if we base it since the start of 2017. Or do you mean no further increase?

Ethereum will touch $300 as fast as possible, But you will see $1000 in the next year. The more companies are interested in investing in the ethereum foundation and trying to make a collaboration to get the new manufacture based on the blockchain system that can improve the effectivity of the company.

Well, seeing Ethereum is sitting at 260$ and was only like, what 10$ at the beginning of the year, it’s really not that hard to imagine it reaching 300$-400$ in another 6 months.

Unless a crash occurs I can't see why not, maybe even $1000.
