If there are leftover tokens from the ICO what happens to them? Are they burned or what

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood your question. If there is a leftover then the company will take them and distribute them to customers using TenX.

However, since we have almost filled everything of our presale, it is very unlikely this will happen.

As you can read in the whitepaper, 20% will stay with the company/team.
We will distribute all tokens - as our presale is almost full. The presale is public and is documented in our whitepaper: www.tenx.tech If you contribute more than 125 ETH please send an email to julian@tenx.tech and let me know your desired amount. You will get 20% bonus (same as during the first 24h of the token sale). So, the presale does NOT give you extra bonus, but it gets your slot secured.

The funds raised will be used to finance the operations for the next four years. This includes development, administration, marketing, financial and legal costs. Remaining, unsold tokens from the token sale budget will be sold privately to institutional investors.'

That doesn't sound like leftover tokens are going to customers of Tenx. That sounds like all unsold tokens could be privately sold by Tenx to anyone for any price you see fit...

Please read page 18 - clearly stated:

"TenX will issue 80% of the tokens to the public. 51% of all token will be sold immediately,
while 29% of the tokens will be distributed to the community over the next 4 years. This is
testament to the fact that we want to be open and inclusive of the community, which we perceive
as our most valuable asset. We believe it is a strong signal of trust if the community owns more
than half of the tokens from the very beginning."
