No. You pay with the currency you choose at the moment of payment.

Later you can choose erc20 tokens as well for payment (among them PAY).

Not 0.5% of the fees but 0.5% of all transactions (which is considerably more) go the token holders.

The ICO was sold out within 8 minutes, much more people wanted to grab some tokens during ICO but was sold out so quickly therefore they buying now...

My buy at 41k was filled instantly, I am so happy rn! I expect to (and I hope to lol) see it at 50k again within a few hours. All the panickers rattled by that dump are nearly out of the way and the buy pressure will start to pile on again! Damn, I love crypto!
