Just got an email from you guys saying, that the lifetime spending with my card is limited to only 250usd  We need to do a KYC level 2 upgrade, but you don't mention in the mail where we can do this |

Where could someone find the list of supported countries? I'm not sure If they ship to my country or not. Also, is everything working? compared to Monaco and Centra?

TenX gonna role out world wide with WireCard as issuer, right at the moment. Normal users only can use Bitcoin as currency right at the moment, but Ether, Dash and ERC20 Tokens will be added more sooner than later. As a owner of a card I can say you: Yes - the card works perfectly! Monaco and Centra do not have customers using live products as far as I know - but competition is important to drive innovation. :-) |

Before you activate a TenX card, your KYC level defaults to level 0. Upon activation of a TenX card, your KYC level becomes level 1. It is only after this point that you will see options on the app allowing you to submit KYC documents and increase your KYC level to 2. https://support.tenx.tech/hc/en-us/articles/115001748932-Why-can-t-I-see-any-options-to-upgrade-my-KYC-Looks like it's not possible before you receive your card... |

I received an email that my card is on the way. I ordered in September.
But today my app is not working. I can not log in. My other friends also have problem logging in.
Anyone knows when this issue will be solved ?
