Maybe this is a dumb question but why don't you use an exchange for this? |

I've used them before...take a while for it fill your orders at the price you agree to...like took me 14+ hours to get my funds.

all changelly do is go to poloniex on your behalf and put money on top.
not only are you subject to poloniex's incompetence, but also theirs.
cut out the middle man and deal with only one shoddy operation.

I confirm that they sent me the fund at the initial rate.
I wonder what would happen if I did not post my problem here at bitcointalk.org. (immediate respononse just after I shared my problem here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Now I can buy just 950 Lsk with 1.09 btc while I exchanged 1095 lsk .
I should learn from my mistake.

As they were unaware of my loss and haven't done anything to persuade me to use www.changelly.com again. I highly recommend you not to use www.changelly.com instead you can use www.shapeshift.ioI lost about 140 lsk due to their fault |
