RX 560 Error 43 after bios flash?

I picked up an XFX 560 4gb to play around with, after trying to change the timings in the bios, the card gets an error 43 in windows.

It shows up as a 560, but just reports that the card is non functioning.

I can flash the stock bios, and it works fine.


What did I mess up?

I did search, everything I read said that the 5xx cards don't need the pixel patcher. Non of the 570/580 cards I've flashed have needed it.

I get the same error after modding my RX 560 as 1750 timings -> 1875, 2000.
The pathcer is not working because it works after insatalling the driver but we cant install it. I says Erros 43 while installing the driver (17.5.2)
