Yes the best lesson i learned don't be greedy and to be contented for what you have won. And don't expect more because its cause that you will lose. On gambling i learned how to manage my money don't gamble if your money are exact only to your budget for your family.

That's definitely true. The best exit point in gamblimg is when you have won already. Be decent with your winnings and don't be greedy to earn more since it will cause you to lose in a game. That'a very significant in life since most people can't handle their emotion and gambling could make them control themselves.

I totally agree with you both on this as gambling has also taught me to not be greedy when it comes to betting and to stop once I had a loss and not continue to keep gambling to try and make up losses. So it has also taught me to control myself a lot more where as before I used to keep betting even when I was always losing.

Many would find it weird but even if gambling is illegal, playing gambling also gives lessons in life. I have been a player of gambling games like poker and dice games for a long time and I can assure you that there are things that you can realize because of gambling. An example is learning how to accept the things that may happen in playing gambling like accepting that you have loss big time or accepting that sometimes the money you have won was just a replacement of the amount loss while gambling.
   
Another example is to be careful in the decisions you are going to make in front of a game. There are situations where we can be greedy in playing and will not realize that we have been betting carelessly. There are also situations that the addiction can make someone bet everything including car, house title and etc. and then comes the late realization that he had already loss everything in gambling.

Gambling can also make you realize that we should not defend on luck. That sometimes we should look for methods or ways that we can use to have an advantage for the things we do in life. And also to give ourselves a little bit assurance and confidence that we are doing things to succeed.

The lack of discipline can be seen only after you lost a lot of money in the casinos or sportsbooks. I generally think that this question is meaningless. The whole point is that gambling itself has a very negative effect on many people and I do not think that you need to start gambling in order to understand life or to get some benefit to determine your goal in life. Gambling experiences from lossing profits is one way of having lessons learned from all of the aspects of life that has mentioned. You're correct on those emotional battles of being carefree, whether aggressive or without any fear; but in the end of that decisive measure you always suffer the consequences which gaves you certain circumstances in life. That is bad that losing does not give you lesson in life not to gamble again, instead it triggers you to chase loses and lose more.  In my part, it teaches me that gambling is just a way to have fun and entertainment and that whenever I lost something i must not chase it to win back since the percentage of losing more is very high.  Just accept the fact that gambling is disastrous in the long run if we failed to control ourselves.
