Hi all !

My Junkcoin wallet (from junkcoin-qt.exe) is "out of sync".

But I don't have any problem with LTC or FTC, both are working fine.

Any help ?

This is the BitcoinTalk.org forums, these forums exsist to talk about bitcoins, and the things related to them, If you want help with Junkcoins, Goto the Alt-Coins section of this forum
Or better yet, Ask the creator of Junkcoins why you are out of sync with what he created

They are not the same, Many alt-coins are not worth your time.
Odds are that the junkcoin blockchain (if they have one) is stalled due to low hashrate

I do it to learn because I'm just discovering crypto-currencies.

But in the same time, I'm mining it in a p2pool. Is it possible if the blockchain is stalled ?

I don't know why its out of sync, but I would recommend staying away from those new coins. At first they may be able to get you more money but they can also cause you to lose it all. Stick with the more popular new coins like terracoin and feathercoin & maybe even litecoin, but I wouldn't call that a new coin.

I didn't get your picture:)... but if you noticed the guy only has two posts, so he can't post in the Alt-Coins section, (still refrained to the newbie section) and I think he may be able but not necessarily ask the creator of Junkcoins anything.

well i opened mine and it is synced within minutes, so no problems with that i guess.

looks like the only option you have is to remove and install again (be sure to delete the data under users\username\appdata\roaming\junkcoin

but dont forget to backup the wallet.dat !! or better just rename the junkcoin folder.

do this on your own responsibility!

Slow down there buddy, he is a newbie in newbie gaol - where else can he comment.

Im unfamilair with Junkcoin - sounds like a bad joke, anyway.
Easiest thing to do in these scenario's is to backup your wallet, delete your local blockchain and resync.
