I don't think so. Ethereum has been in the market for a very long time and if its a scam, it should be exposed long time ago. Also, majority of crypto in the market are based on ethereum blockchain and most of them are working, some are even doing great, which means ethereum is also a working coin. Its also second to bitcoin in terms of popularity and usage.
It will not be popular for a long time. I think in 5 years Ethereum will not exist and this technology will not be needed |

Ethereum is not scam but eth tokens are mostly scam projects and they die so fast.
This is why ethereum is going down everyday.
I prefer Waves platform to invest its more secure.

The ethereum mistrust theme was created about two years ago. Ethereum all this time is working and developing normally. What other proofs are needed that this is an absolutely normal and promising coin and will always be in demand, since almost all ICO projects are carried out on its platform. We all here have different views though and also, this thread was made 2017 so he/she must have doubts with Vitalik at that time. But now, Ethereum is very well known and established and if ever Vitalik does something wrong then a lot of people will chase after him and may sue and bring him to jail. And I don't think Vitalik is ever going to do that. |

How could the OP think ethereum scam, he was really sad with experience in ethereum. Ethereum belief is increasing and strong, so there is no reason to say that. I still believe ethereum, a simple and easy platform, will certainly continue to grow and have more value.
