It sounds interesting with this title "The human reputation platform" . I will follow this thread and consider to join this project .
Dev should release more detailed plans for this ICO and When is it available for ICO launching.

that title has a double meaning.
human because it is a person to person rating system
human or I should say "humane", because it takes into account human feelings.
I think current 1to5 stars reputation systems are not really made for humans.

Regarding your question about ICO plans, you should know that we will not ICO before late September.

We have to gain your trust guys, there is no reason to rush the ICO.
No need to release so many details right now.
I've been working on this project for a long time.
Maybe I rushed the whitepaper ... but I worked really hard on this, before the I became a We.
Soon I will be releasing a video when you can see my commitment over the years. I'm 100% sure you will be impressed

This is not just a fly by night project.

Ayro is a long standing active member of the Waves community. He has been working on this project for quite some time and has covered many aspects and identified good opportunities to disrupt traditional rating systems.

People need to be aware this is still work in progress and Ayro is reaching out for initial feedback and interest.  If you read the whitepaper you will see how many different elements there are to this project and Ayros dedication to get this off the ground.

i like they way you answered and hope you understand my reservation on your project.. only time will tell if your actually ready to make a step forward or just blowing wind.
personally i would prefer a nice coin working  the way it should and a dev dedicated to keeping it valid!

Yes, it is under construction. We had to rush it a bit, cause we are participating in a startup contest. This quick landing will make the job for now.

What's not normal is that you should see an image front and center (with the Starrie logo) and icons linking to our social accounts.
Please DM and we can try to quickly fix that if is the case
