Stuck holding USDT (Tether) on Bittrex

Hi there,

I stupidly converted my ETH to USDT, thinking it was US currency. My hope was to trade it for another altcoin. I didn't see the tool where you can trade coin for coin. It turns out Bittrex doesn't allow any sort of conversion or sale of USDT. Not entirely sure why they would allow people to buy it.

Anyways, there is no point in making a tether account. I need to convert this within Bittrex. Can someone help? Their support has been unresponsive so far.

I recall reading you can go from usdt to btc there without issue.  That was a while back, but I suspect it is still true.

After what's happened the past couple weeks to crypto markets, you should've kept that tether. It's more stable against the dollar.

How the f do I sell this nonsense for another crypto or USD or EUR?

There are a bunch of USDT markets at Bittrex, not sure why you are having an issue.

Scroll down to USDT market and you can buy a lot of things for USDT. You can get XMR, NEO, ETH, BTC etc.
