Quite a number of people have been informed and know about bitcoin and that is what we are witnessing today where there sharp volatility in prices whether increasing or decreasing but when it gets to the point where those majority are now investing or probably begin to adopt bitcoin what will happen is the increase that will happen to price in the short term followed by considerable amount of stability.

Not much. None of the crypto is applicable for daily use and to an average joe, it is still easier to use fiat than crypto. If anything, the only users that can be added are gamblers and speculators or traders.

Now everyone knows about it and there is not a single country that doesn't know about Bitcoins, it's helping Bitcoins grow and March into all territories and that will help more and more people buy and sell through Bitcoins. As more and more people buy and sell through Bitcoins, Bitcoin price shall increase and plus it's popularity so it's would be good for the community that buying and selling through Bitcoin shall become faster and easier.

Now a days it is a digital age where everyone is aware of new technologies and its benefits so it is no longer for that everywhere in the world people will start using cryptocurrencies for daily life usage. Because of its high demand and the much using a lot of people are aware of cryptocurrency and still not much enough for it. It is increasing more and more now in trading marketing and investing as well.

if by "grow" you mean price and it going up, then i don't understand your question because it doesn't make any sense to say it is better than banking system then only ask about price of it!

but if by "grow" you mean more about its adoption, as to be used as a store of value and to use as a currency to transfer money or buy stuff. then your question makes more sense. and for now a rather large part of the population is informed about bitcoin but they are not so willing to start using it for a variety of reasons.
some are scared because it is new technology,
some are scared because it is not regulated,
some are scared because of the price volatility,
some are scared because price has gone up from their ideal price
...
and the only way that i can see this change and we reach a stage when "the population" starts being more aware of bitcoin and more accepting of it is when it starts having more real usages. when you open your favorite shop online or when you want to buy something using credit card or paypal, ... when you see Bitcoin sign also there, that is the time you can say many will change their minds.

There are already existing digital currencies in the form of fiats that are loaded on a credit or debit card and nothing has really happened. I don't think it will be different if Bitcoin or any other Altcoins  are made known worldwide, rather they will adopt to its usage just like we did to credit and debit cards.

What do I think will happen? Many countries will be attracted with this technology and as you can see with a lot of news coming out, different countries started to do their study cases and test scenarios for the adoption of blockchain technology and bitcoin. Well the growth of crypto currency isn't measurable as it keeps on moving forward.

Cryptocurrencies are going toward the future. The more people start using them and realizing these currencies advantages we can have a better future for ourselves. Of course this needs time but things are looking good at the moment with more and more people interested in bitcoin each and each day. It is true that for the average Joe it is not easy but hopefully with the level of technological education growing nowadays will surely make also the average Joe starting to accept and learning the fundamentals behind this amazing technology.

the crypto we're familiar with now will never be used by the mainstream. the tech will be taken and utilised for stuff that's non monetary or pegged to usd valuations. the average person will not tolerate the never ending volatility that a real crypto has.

it's a solution that only works for a certain type of person. most people are not that type of person.

I think with the trend over the years, it is obvious that as cryptocurrency keeps getting known worldwide and its users keep increasing, the more it keeps showing greater prospects for the future. I believe the price will keep skyrocketing until we get to a stage where it balances and probably we arrive at the Peak value (who knows?). I'd say we are heading to the moon, hopefully all these scaling shit with bitcoin is also solved soon, otherwise we may start telling different stories.

I think a lot of people have heard of bitcoin at least o'ce but only through the mainstream media. A lot of people still associate it with drugs and hackers a stigma that the media put on bitcoin and thus crypto currency as a whole. However that will change soon (changing already). But bitcoin isn't ready yet. The scaling issue is yet to be resolved (hopefully August 1st).

If anyone will knows it then that's it. We have now multiple advantages using fiat and by using bitcoin. Traditional banking will still there because for bitcoin to become like that, bitcoin exchanges must be the one that will act like bank but unfortunately I think it's not as easy as others thinking and I doubt there will be one.

Just imagine how comfortable our life could be if we can take advantages of banking services and the good value bitcoin will give to us. About the population, it will depend on the legality of bitcoin per country. Even anyone will knows bitcoin but still the legality of it is questionable in a country, then we can't state the exact percentage of population that will make the cryptocurrency grows.

More people are aware of bitcoin today yet there are people of considerable volume who don't know about bitcoin.If every one knows about bitcoin,its demand would increase more increasing its price as bitcoin supply is limited.Bankers would lose their control over the society more.More unemployed people would get opportunity to earn through bitcoin.
