I agree, please take some time to describe how the process of winners is fair and correct as well as schedule of payments.

Along with what Wendigo has mentioned, your "escrow" has no significant trust as far as I can see either.
You mention on the page that he is trusted, but show no evidence of the fact.

On Bitcointalk.org I see no significant trust for the user that goes by that name, and if he is trusted somewhere else, it isn't apparent.
