HI unfortunately I still have syncing problem on windows wallet. I have checked the virtauniquecoin folder on pc but couldn't find anywhere virtacoinunique.conf file inside there.

All that I have in folder are these

debug
peers
wallet

With the concept that you have today, I'm not sure this project will develop properly, I hope you guys have a plan to make the concept more interesting, for now, I suggest to hold bounty campaign, this will greatly help marketing from this project, hopefully success

do you think these ransomware guys gonna accept VUC?
how would shops like it if i pay my new surface and cancel the transaction?

the only way anti theft feature would be good if you private key on your hardware paper got stolen.
but it should never be anywhere near a thief. keep it safe and you dont have to worry about anti theft.
store it in an airgapped, offline computer, use offline cellphone if you want to keep it small and simple.
but keep in mind old cellphones may loose your data so back it all up.

i dont see any application for this unique coin.

Anti Theft / Anti Rob feature is one of the best unique feature of VUC and this is going to change the entire scenario of VUC Price in the market, as well as this will be a new Milestone in the development of cryptocurrency world.

Well, If you talk about ransomware, I dont feel our feature will be really workable as till the time those people do not receive the money they will not release the hostage data.

As now a days the cryptocurrency  has become very precious and Maximum people use to operate their trading and wallets from their cell phones also. In case someone trap you in a situation where you do not have other option then to transfer the money to his desired address then you can use this feature.
This feature is very simple you just have to put your anti theft password when transaction password is asked to submit to complete the password. When you use this password  the coins you send to his given address will be sent to your anti theft wallet and after a specific time these coins will return back to your wallet. at that time your transaction history will show the transfer sent to that address which were asked to you to send. But later on reversal of the transaction will be shown. However this feature can give you a passage to that situation. 
so that you can escape from the situation and your money is also safe.
