Hello guys. I so happy today. I want just to tell you why.
I succeed to set-up my denarius masternode using a windows vps.
Thans means i have my wallet on my windows personal computer and i have other qt wallet on windows vps.
And succeed to run my masternode on windows vps but funds are still in my local computer wallet.
I will make a guide abou my experience  share it with you. Because i had a great support by denaruis community in discord channel.  Thanks for you all

Great! But be reminded, I think it's better to have a cold setup. It's safer that way.

I will continue to mine DNR at hashbag.  I support enkayz.  Stuff happens in mining... you learn to deal with it.

i agree with you new "Tribus" is one and only Denarius have it , no altcoins have "Tribus" , cryptopia have some issues but now this exchange work fine .

There are another coins that use Tribus like Virtus and BZL... but DNR was the first I believe.

Those who use DNR client and facingsync issues..
I sync with client version 1.7 and stake using 2.0.2.0

Not sure how long I can do that.. but this works so far and our time in life.  Thanks and cheers.

Yea not really a good idea at all. You want to always use the latest version v2.0.2.0. Old versions are not supported.

If you are having trouble syncing up try the chaindata.zip (~600MB). You generally don't want to sync from block 0 completely, just download the chaindata.zip from our repo here:

https://gitlab.com/denarius/chaindata/raw/master/chaindata.zip

Just unzip that and paste the contents into your Denarius datadir

Code:
Windows Location: C:/Users/Yourname/AppData/Roaming/Denarius/
Linux Location: ~/.denarius/
macOS Location: /Library/Application Support/Denarius/

Importing the chaindata like the above will get you synced up generally within minutes.

I saw the guide pretty sure that is over my head. Like is there a masternode hosting service like someone you pay a monthly fee to keep your node up

There are a few hosting services that help you to set it up and all you have to do is open your wallet up periodically to get your rewards (or you can leave it open 24/7 if you wish to stake coins).  Nodeshare and NodeVPS are the two that come to mind but I know there are others out there.

Well I do want to make it very clear here. If you are on an old client version after block 640k (Older than v2.0.0.0), you will more than likely fork, you want to be on the most recent version, anyone that doesn't update before block 640k will not be supported and you could be SoL. The old client will not process new blocks after block 640k.

Using the chaindata.zip is the fastest way to sync and even on the new clients it only takes a few minutes to fully sync up, as the blocks are already pre-processed.

I download and try to install new version of Denarius window wallet (v2.0.2.0). Based on my experience, I think the version is good, better than latest ones. Thanks for your time and your dedication (you and team of Denarius developers) to make such a amazing wallet.

Hi guys!

We have added support for Denarius to our Crypto Mining Profitability Calculator: https://crypt0.zone/calculator/!

Feel free to send us some feedback.
We are open for all suggestions

Cool

Thanks for adding Denarius to the list. I tested it by putting some dummy value for NVidia graphics card and CPU, but I got 0 output. How accurate are the stats for DNR? And how often does these stats change?
Seems you need to adjust how many Mh/s perfomance your card also and the results will be different, because I also tried to fill with my own devices only but the result is same, also 0 output.

How to do that? There is no option to enter the performance in Mh/s. The only option is "Enter number of your nVidia devices". Anyway... leave that. Just tell me whether it is worth mining DNR using the laptop GPU or not. If I continuously mine for 24 hours, can I get minimum of 0.5 DNR as reward?

Last time it happened, enkayz compensated everyone as well. So I can vouch that he is a very nice pool owner. Smiley

I also blame myself when I mine on a fork.  The basic mindset is if you go from making 10 coins a day average to all of a sudden making 100 coins - you are probably on a fork.  I still mine at hashbag.  I also don't believe enkayz should have to pay anything for the coins mined on the fork.  That just shows he is a stand-up person with integrity.  I for one would never expect him to pay me for coins that were fake.  It is a learning lesson and will teach you to watch your rigs regularly.  We are all adults here and shouldn't need someone to hold our hands.  This is the wild west and as such a huge gamble.

-pokeytex

what would happen if someone send 1 million dollars to an exchange with the wrong chain?
1million ? In wrong chain ? Super ..in that case DNR should at least 1099$.for someone to send 1million to an exchange with blind eyes

The folks and developers at the Komodo Platform team have been fantastic so far!

We have full Denarius (DNR) integration with the BarterDEX now (Eventually will be rebranded, check out Komodo's roadmap)

We also have Denarius (DNR) integration now with their Agama desktop wallet (Our Pull Requests were merged in today, so expect to see an official release soon)
https://github.com/SuperNETorg/Agama (Currently in v0.25 branch)

We also have pushed up a PR for their Agama Mobile wallet for DNR support, still awaiting review/testing: https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/agama-mobile/pull/12

Awesome!

This is great news for both KMD and DNR. I really like the sound of the Agama mobile wallet and once its complete I'll be helping to spread the news on Twitter. DNR has been getting a lot of attention lately on Twitter which is good to see, slowly DNR is making its way up the rankings and I think its only a matter of time before we see DNR in the top 200 and then the top 100 cryptocurrencies.

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.
