Well, if you don't like bitcoin just hand over yours to me, I'm willing to accept it .
The fact is you can buy some goods and daily needs depends on the country that you live. But still there are limited options to spend bitcoin directly, so that mostly people convert their bitcoin into fiat currency if they need money. The problem is to wait for days to get a confirmed transaction, that is a main problem right now. What we can do about it? just deal with it and wait until this problem be solved.

Could you please explain then? I personally am curious as to what makes BTC so attractive outside of investment opportunities. If you think it actually makes you harder to track than other forms of tender you're mistaken. Cash is pretty anonymous, BTC leaves a trail no matter how hard you try to fight it. Can that trail be obfuscated? Yea sure, but a motivated-enough adversary could absolutely figure out who you are. IMO the only use of BTC is as an investment which is a shame because its a cool idea.

Don't rant here just because you can't buy groceries with bitcoin. Have you ever tried to buy groceries with all of those alt coins in the market? That's why there are exchange websites that is providing service USD/BTC. And there are some local exchanges that allows you to convert your bitcoins to local money so that you can buy your groceries.

Never a good idea to reference fiction as a source of inspiration for fixing events within reality. Despite what you may hear people say when they compare politics to fictional stories that they read or watched at some point.

No need to kill anything since life will be carrying on as normal until the community gets the blocks and fees to change from where they are. If that never happens, there are a lot of issues that will make themselves prevalent, such as a declining userbase, and that will have financial impacts for those making the decisions right now.

If you are thinking of buying groceries through bitcoin directly, maybe you wont be able to do that. It's a matter of how you handle it. I am earning bitcoin and because of it I was able to buy small stuffs.

Aren't exchanges, gambling sites, services accepting bitcoin, bitcoin atm are all good example of businesses? You can't buy groceries  for now but maybe in the future it can happen. Bitcoin is continuously developed. Those limitations will be bridged someday.

I know that you can't buy groceries with bitcoin directly but there are some way that you can do, using bitcoin debit card for example or convert your bitcoin to the cash, simple as that.

For now, seems like bitcoin transaction is annoying but the community are trying to fix it. If you're in a hurry then use alternative, that's why they created.

There are so many advantage of the bitcoin, but only one thing that i'd like to say bitcoin has changed our lives.

Yes I agree it is not like the bitcoin is useless but the truth is that currently no one is ready to accept it because of its price fluctuation. Which doesn’t really mean that the bitcoin is going towards the devastation, but it will take the merchants to accept it as a payment. There are many alts which are offering the debit cards through which you can purchase and one I know which is not even on the exchange now. This will help people to accept the bitcoin as a mode of payment for purchases as well.
